
Living with chronic depression and anxiety can feel like navigating a dark maze with no end in sight. I know this because I’ve been there. For many years, I battled crippling depression and severe anxiety that affected every part of my life. It became so intense that I couldn’t even leave my house. Panic attacks would strike out of nowhere, leaving me feeling helpless and overwhelmed.

I did see a psychologist to talk through my problems week after week, speaking about what I thought was causing the anxiety and depression. Although it helped a bit and I saw slight improvements, I often felt okay until something triggered me, and I was right back at the start. I couldn’t understand why I was still struggling.

I also sought help from my doctor and was prescribed medication. While it provided some relief, it didn’t address the root of the problem.
