I’m really glad you’re here.
My work is about helping you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and supported. I believe the body holds deep wisdom, and that when we listen rather than push, real healing can begin.
I work holistically, combining several modalities and intuitive guidance to support the nervous system, release stored stress, and restore balance, emotionally, physically, and energetically. Sessions are gentle, calming, and trauma-informed, with no pressure to talk, explain, or relive the past.
I don’t believe healing is about fixing what’s broken. It’s about listening, understanding, and allowing the body to let go of what it’s been holding. The body already knows how to heal, sometimes it just needs the right support and a safe space to do so.
My approach is intuitive, nurturing, and deeply respectful of where you are. Every session is personalised, and held with care, presence, and compassion. Whether you come to rest, reset, or gain clarity, my intention is for you to leave feeling more grounded, supported, and at ease in yourself.
This work is close to my heart. It grew from my own experiences of stress, loss, burnout, and finding my way back to myself. I understand what it feels like to carry a lot quietly, and I know how powerful it can be to finally feel held.
